Audra Lampkins is the founder of Reach High Consulting and Therapy, AJ Holdings LLC, and Unleashed Coaching and Consulting, all proudly based in Bloomington, IN. With over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning childcare, healthcare, real estate, and coaching, I’m dedicated to helping people and businesses embark on transformative journeys. As a certified professional coach and group coach, I bring a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience. My certifications in performance improvement and energy leadership enhance my ability to guide clients toward meaningful change. I’ve also had the honor of shaping careers as a coach for the Kelley Direct Online MBA program, the #1 online MBA program. Beyond the credentials, I’m a mother of four, a mentor to aspiring business owners, and a lifelong learner. My own journey from a sole proprietor to managing multiple organizations has provided me with invaluable insights that I eagerly share with my clients.

Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and a visionary approach to leadership. Her dedication to enhancing the quality of ABA services and her tireless efforts to promote best practices have solidified her position as a valued contributor in the field. As CEO, she continues to spearhead initiatives aimed at elevating the standards of care and expanding Reach High's reach in the community. Allison's background in school systems further enhances her ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and implement effective strategies for positive outcomes. Her collaborative approach and strategic vision have solidified her reputation as a respected figure within the school system where she continues to be a regular consultant and invited speaker.

Jessica Bond serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Reach High, where she oversees daily operations across all three of the organization's locations. She is also Reach High's Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Instructor, certifying team members through the Professional Crisis Management Association (PCMA) to provide effective crisis management based on the science of behavior analysis. Jessica graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a B.A. in Psychology. Her passion for applied behavior analysis (ABA) began during her time as a volunteer trainer for 4 Paws for Ability in Xenia, OH. There, she trained service dogs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), epilepsy, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Witnessing the transformative impact these service dogs had on the children and their families inspired Jessica to further her involvement. Jessica is passionate about maintaining and improving operational efficiency, ensuring that the organization runs smoothly. She is particularly interested in applying behavior analysis to enhance employees' working experiences, recognizing the importance of a well-supported and motivated team.

Grace is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 8 years of experience as a BCBA and 11 years in the field of ABA. She worked in the school setting for 3 years and has experience in home settings and with the Medicaid waiver program, serving adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Grace has two children, ages 3 and 1, and she is grateful for the opportunities to work with patients, families, and staff. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for horses. She previously worked as a certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor through PATH.

With over 13 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Hilary has developed a diverse skill set by working across multiple domains within the industry. Hilary’s career began in medical billing, where she honed her expertise in financial operations and patient account management. Several years later, she transitioned to Compliance, focusing on ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. The compliance role allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. Hilary, later moved into Human Resources, where she leveraged knowledge of healthcare operations to enhance employee relations and organizational development. Her current position is a comprehensive role that brings together experience in Billing, Compliance, and Human Resources, allowing her to contribute strategically to various aspects of healthcare administration.

Tonya Tucker brings over 15 years of dedicated experience working with children to her role as Operations Manager at Reach High Consulting & Therapy. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Tonya has a deep-rooted passion for nurturing growth and supporting young lives. She loves being a part of an organization that still allows her to see children's growth on a daily basis.

Kathryn has over 10 years experience working with individuals with disabilities and four years experience as a BCBA. Her career in ABA began in 2015 after working with adults with disabilities and founding joy in learning the behavioral science to help people communicate and adapt. She is passionate about client input in programming and individualizing supervision. Outside of work, she enjoys kickboxing, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud aunt of two wonderful nephews and has a cute cat, Tiny.

Jordan began her career in 2019 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Indiana University. Although she wanted to work in a helping profession, she didn't aim to be a Speech Pathologist. Instead, she applied for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position without much knowledge of ABA. She quickly grew passionate about the field and spent two years at her previous clinic before joining Reach High in 2021. Encouraged by a BCBA at RHC to pursue a Master's in ABA, she completed her MS in Psychology with a concentration in ABA from Purdue Global in June of 2023 and is working towards being eligible to sit for her BCBA exam. Currently, she serves as a program assistant at RHC, supporting BCBA's in parent communications, assessments, adjusting protocols, providing ongoing staff training, and delivering Reach High's comprehensive 40-hour personalized training to future RBT's.

Dalton Hicks holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been working with individuals with disabilities for over five years. He finds the science of behavior fascinating and believes it can be used to improve quality of life across various domains. Outside of work, Dalton enjoys going to the gym and playing video games.
