Audra is the founder and director of Reach High Consulting and Therapy, a Bloomington based Autism Clinic. She graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Speech Language and a minor in Psychology. Since graduating from IU, she has completed course requirements and fieldwork experience at the level of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while supervised by doctoral level supervisors. She currently does not hold a certification as a BCBA, as she has instead used her knowledge to assist others in their advancement. Though she has independently sought out and has had extensive training in many methods focused on intensive therapy for children and adults with special needs, including applied behavioral analysis, what she is most known for is her passion and care for all those around her. Audra enjoys the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) because when focused on individually it’s an opportunity to make a significant impact on not only a child’s life, but also a family’s life forever.
When she began in this field she was searching for something that would fulfill her passion for serving others, as well as her desire to challenge the current perspectives of those working with individuals with any type of special needs diagnosis. Her career began working in home programs and quickly developed into partnerships with schools and other organizations. She has had experience working as an independent supervisor in Medicaid waiver, clinical settings, and as a Professional Crisis Management Instructor throughout Indiana. Many say ABA is just for kids with Autism, but she can prove that good teaching is good teaching through the many programs she put in place for her own son’s advancement through school and his extracurricular activities.
Audra is a driven and focused woman who is focused on three things, the success of her children, the success of each family on her team, and the success of each employee on her team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children and serving in her church as a leader of life groups and a volunteer in City Kids. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and enjoying the view God has laid before her. There is nothing more important to her than to see those around her succeed and reach their maximum potential.
