Main Role Directive
BCBA certification is required for this position. The primary directive of the Program Manager is to provide support to clients and their families by evaluating, creating, implementing, and monitoring sustainable plans of care as authorized by their insurance. Program Managers are responsible for providing ongoing professional supervision which may include modeling and other direct instructional support for direct care staff.
